   Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

There is a postage and packaging charge per item as shown on your shopping cart for the delivery of your goods. Orders are despatched Monday – Friday (inclusive).

Delivery Notes

Each parcel contains a delivery advice note, listing items enclosed and explaining if we have been unable to send any of our items. Keep this note until you are sure you are satisfied with everything.

How Will It Be Delivered?

All items destined for UK mainland addresses are despatched by First Class post or by courier. It is not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order, but you will be advised.

How Long Will It Take To Arrive?

When you place an order, an email will be sent to inform you that your order has been despatched. You will receive your order within 3 working days after email confirmation of despatch has been set to you.

After Your Order Has Been Processed

The delivery address may not be changed after the order has been processed.

Please ensure that somebody is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery. If nobody is present to accept the delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card with your parcel details. In this case, they will attempt delivery on the following business day. If the carrier is unsuccessful at delivering your parcel on the following business day, your parcel will be returned to your local depot and the carrier will need to be contacted by you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. The carrier will leave your item with a neighbour if it is more convenient. In this case, please contact us to make these arrangements.

Order Not Received After Despatch

If your order has been sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, but you have not received it, we are obliged to wait 14 days from the date of despatch before Royal Mail will consider the parcel lost and we can therefore claim the loss. If your Royal Mail 1st class delivery is overdue (not delivered within a couple of days from despatch) you should try and contact your local Royal Mail delivery depot as sometimes larger items unable to fit through letter boxes are returned here for collection (often without a card notifying you of this).

Returns and Exchanges

A Returns Label will be attached to your delivery note in case you need to return or exchange an item. The back of our delivery note explains how to use this. Please do not forget to complete the reason for return on the back as this helps us to continually improve our service. We do not charge you for post and packaging if there is an error on our part. For exchanges you will have to pay the full cost of the delivery charges on returning the item to us and for a replacement to be sent.
