   Returns Policy

Our 7-day Returns Guarantee

Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7-days of receipt and we will issue you with a full refund - see our Refunds Policy.

Please note, the item must be unworn and in a re-sellable condition. We are unable to exchange or receive back for refunds, items that have been used or worn.

Please complete the back of the delivery advice note and use the Returns Label provided. Post this form with the securely packaged goods back to us straight away. Please do not forget to complete reason for return on the back as this helps us to continually improve our service. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

However, we reserve the right not to refund you if the item has been worn and is not in its original packaging.
If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that goods are returned in their original condition.

If you believe the goods are faulty, please contact us. These goods will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given.

We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless they have been delivered by us in error).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

o We accept returns within 7 days of despatch from us

o We only accept unworn items returned in original packaging

o Exchange of sizes is subject to stock and, buyer to pay for all postage involved

o Any refund given is for the item only and does not include postage and packaging

o We do not charge you for post and packaging if there is an error on our part

o We reserve the right not to refund you if the item has been worn and is not in its original packaging

Refunds Policy

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. We can only refund in the following circumstances:

o If the item is returned back within 7 days of receipt. However, the postage and packing will not be refunded only
the cost of the item will be refunded.

o If the item is out of stock

o If we have sent you an incorrect item

We reserve the right not to refund you if the item has been worn and is not in its original packaging.
Some notes about refunds:


o When you send your item back to us, we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your
return.

o You can also view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the
return and refund do not appear in Your Account after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please
contact us for further assistance.
