We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us. That’s why we give you a full 7-days from the date you receive your order to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We reserve the right to charge for an item not returned ‘as new’ condition or received after the 7-day period.

Returns Service

If you decide that anything you receive is unsuitable, you can return it to us, using the Returns Label provided. Please use the original packaging to return any unwanted items within 7-days of receipt. You will find a Returns Form on the back of the Delivery Advice Note in your parcel. Please complete the form including the reason for return and enclose it with the goods you are returning.

How To Pay

You can pay when placing your order using your Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo debit and credit card or American Express. Your goods will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. An email will be sent to you confirming this.

Credit Card Security

Pure Lavender uses a secure server for credit card payment. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website and we do not have access to your card details.

Exceptions Of Sale

All credit card orders are thoroughly checked, we will not despatch any orders until we have verified the authenticity of the credit card details submitted.

Prices

All prices quoted or displayed are in GB Pounds and shall be the price excluding delivery charges which are set out on the website at the time your order is placed on your shopping cart. Please note that the prices quoted are subject to availability and Pure Lavender reserves the rights to refund the payments to you if the database processes your order in error. Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations.

Product Details and Specifications

Care has been taken to convey the exact details specifications as per the manufacturer’s literature. Pure Lavender reserves the right to alter details and specifications without notice explanation or notification.

Cancellation of an Order

Pure Lavender reserves the right to cancel or amend any order, once accepted, without penalty. The customer may cancel an order without penalty only before we have processed it. Where such cancellation or amendment is accepted it is on the understanding that a cancellation or amendment charge may be levied.

Deliveries

Every effort will be made to supply orders promptly. Pure Lavender will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries or for the consequences thereof. We use Royal Mail and other courier services as necessary to deliver our goods. A signature might be required at the time of delivery. Pure Lavender will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries nor for the consequences thereof once the goods have left our premises by any of our nominated carriers.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will be able to order it for you. Please send an email with your request to info@purelavender.com.

Receipt of Goods

It is the responsibility of the recipient at the customers’ premises or on behalf of the customer to count and check that all boxes and goods that are delivered are as per the accompanying delivery note. Any damages or shortages must be reported immediately by phone and in writing within ONE working days of delivery, otherwise no claim will be considered. The complete packaging must be retained and used in case of returns.

Orders from outside the UK

We ship goods to only mainland UK. Enquiries from outside the UK may be considered. Please send and email with your request to: info@purelavender.com and we shall respond.

Proper Law

All contracts made with Pure Lavender shall be governed by and construed according to the English Law and the purchaser submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms of trade will prevail over any conditions that shall be issued by the customer. The customer should not rely on any representations made by staff as they do not form part of the contract or collateral contract.

E&OE

Any typographical, clerical other omissions or errors however made, in any of Pure Lavender’s literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company's part.
